The Benefits
- It is the everlasting bond between God and His children. A bond that is unbroken and cannot be broken. That is why Jesus often said, “The father and 1 are one.” Rom 8:16 The Holy Spirit cries, “Abba, father” in our hearts. Gal 4:6.
- The Holy Spirit is the fullness of God made manifest and available. It is the omnipresence of God.
- It teaches and guides into all truth. John 16:13
- It regenerates, empowers, enables and prospers the children of God. That is why Jesus said, “without me you can do nothing” John 3:5-8; Titus 3:5.
- He testifies and glorifies Jesus, confirming His teachings. John 15:26; 16:14.
- The Holy Spirit is the only one true Temple of God, just as the sunlight is also the temple of the earth. God does not dwell in a house built with human hand.
- He gives all kinds of spiritual talents and powers to the children of God. Hence, “Not by power nor by might, but by my Spirit,’’ says the Lord. 1 Cor. 12:14; 8-10. Heb. 2:4

- He washes and renews us. Titus 3:5
- He sets us free from evil and kingdom of darkness. Rom. 8:2
- He reveals the deep things of God to us. 1 Cor. 2:10; Jer. 33: 1-3; Daniel 2; Eph 3:5
- He is everlasting life, which is given free to the children of God. Gal. 6:8.
- He gives us access to the Father. Eph 2:18
- He is the source of our joyfulness and gladness of heart. 1 Thess 1:6
- He casts out evil spirits including demons, mermaids, ghosts, witches and black energies. Matt 12:28
- He reminds us of the things of God. John 14:26
- He comforts the pilgrims. Acts 9:31.
